Hopefully we can prove some doubters wrong this week with a win at PNU. Obviously our msot important game of the year - win and finish top. Lose and probably drop to third on percentage. Plenty at Stake!

Quick one on CBC. I've always thought reasonably highly of them as a club and a bunch of blokes. Hence was shaking my head at the way some of their players carried on in the second half. There's not much point starting fights when your 15 goals down, especially when its some of your better players doing it. Disappointing for the guys who've worked hard to get that club where they are.

Im not someone who has written SMOSH off... but all of their losses have been around the 10 goal margin.

Nah SMOSH still the team to beat IMO.. speaking to a few different ppl around divvy 3 SMOSH are still favourites with kilburn, I think Seaton have had a few close calls and losses recently so there's a question mark on them leading into finals (although if they finish top that's ominous) and dark horse payneham who are looking dangerous. all In all, like divvy 2, looks to be an exciting finals series coming up!

Big news at Kilburn tonight. Former captain Corey Pressler has been dropped for poor form and poor commitment. Hopefully can get some form back, and attitude right in the twos.

Daniel Patruno out for the year for Seaton would have to hurt, talls that can take grabs either forward or back are gold.

If Seaton don't finish top they'll have no Jason James for their first final aswell which will hurt them.
He's missed the last 2 games & Seaton have only just got over the line in both.

I don't think we are counting on Andrew winning the game so I fail to see how it is a "desperate last throw of the dice". He played a number of games last year and was quite good - obviously doesn't have pace but he uses the ball a lot better than any of you blokes ever could and his voice and direction on the field is great for our younger players

Never said it was a bad idea, I'm surprised ANJ hasn't played before this week to be honest. What's D'Antini done? Generally sore?

I think it's a bad idea. Some kid feels bad about himself for getting dropped. 45 is too old for div 3 A grade, especially if you're overweight.

Yeah agreed top bloke and top footballer. On the topic of injuries and personell, how are the finals teams looking? Heard Seaton have a few out along with mitcham, and payneham have a stack out injured this week too. Kilburn and SMOSH look,on paper, to have close to full strength squads atm...

Always a spot for you at Kilburn running water if you want NM. Not you though Jimmy, ever heard of Tidalik the frog?

The water would evaporate before NM or I could reach the other side of the oval.
