Definately unable to determine who was first... I had to wait approx over 10 mins for BB to finish his bike leg to start mine. And also noticed Carpo, who lent his bike to Scuddsy, had to wait longer then i before deciding the better option was to do 2 runs and 2 swims. But hey... It wasnt about winners and losers... it was about doing the work and gaining some aerobic fitness.

Going from bike to run is a hell a of a lot harder as well so some guys would have had the advantage there

Agree BB, i went bike, swim then run. Had only 2 from my group in front of me when i finished the ride, one being brooky! then all the light boys burnt past me in the run! Legs were like lead by the run! i couldnt imagine how hard real triathlons or iron mans are!

Not 10 minute...more like 2-3.
Fresher legs early in the piece make the run alot easier.

PS kooka? Did anything noticable occur to the back brakes when you slipped the chain??? They look a bit bent is all  Back tyre had a flat as well....just as well you didnt ride it home.

Yeah mate sounds good.
How much u reckon to get fully kitted up though roughly... like Bike, helmet, shoes??
Good investment really.. will force some exercise and gives it a bit of variety to the aerobic training.

Tucky suffered a very serious ankle injury early in the year last year after booting a couple of nice bags in a row and just looking like he was gaining his touch nicely before going down. He never appeared back on the field and my sources tell me he is back out at Kilburn this year playing with some mates. Top bloke Tucky too... will be missed and always welcome back !!
