I grew up in The Hood and very proud of it too. The last club I played for in Adelaide was in Elizabeth.
Have been living here for 10 years.

Scottyroo where are you?
Seriously if your coach leaves you blokes are up shit creek without a paddle, you will have 40 blokes go with him....did you think of this when you hired him or did you only think of the short term?

ok the rundown so far in what i heard today
houghton cleared absolutely noone at all to wingfield nor have they had a clearance asked.
wingfield may have lost few blokes to more money elsewhere
starry stay put at houghton and has brought his brother and 2 mates. might not be bad side in div 6 this year
kuarna to really struggle with 2 sides as training numbers have not exceeded 15
henley has recruited well in higher grades therefor giving them better depth in c and d grade (not that their d grade needed more depth)
nth pines might surprise but if they get injuries will not cover as their b grade by the sounds will be hard pressed to win many games.

scottyroo sounding like cj when he got on here last year carrying on bout crap sides and got a serve and went missing
scotty boy cop it on the chin son and enjoy.
dont go missing cos youll be like a little kid who didnt get his own way!
grow up pal

Wow

Lots can happen at a club since last you look. Last time I was in Adelaide I watched the Roos fall out of the finals race last year, with plenty of familiar faces in the team and the crowd. Looks like that next time I drop in the faces will be far less familiar...

Some things dont change though - Frank Carter (still thinks that he needs to run PDCA like a first class comp, so hes ready when he gets the call up to take over at Cricket Australia)
and Dutchy the cricketing saviour for Paralowie (just ask him) how many overs can he bowl in a spell though, more than three?? And Baxter letting you know what he thinks, not one to hold it inside for a rainy day..

but your right frank carter is a total cowboy running the pdca in to the ground oh well hopefully we wont in pdca next year !
and when has baxter ever held back ? with him black is black white is white well for as long as i'v known him for his been like that and i cant see him change'n
