snakeyes: he looked to pull a hammy against kfc as well 1st quarter..came back on 2nd half did nothing, croucher killed him..he lined up and kicked goals the week after..me thinks a "fools gold" hammy..prolly back related..feels like a hammy but isnt one..he will play..play your skipper on the fat boy hart and get him to run off him..it will feel like hes playing with no opposition :P

I did see Leon go off early on saturday as well. He will play i reckon as well. I think ALFC could afford to let Harty kick 5 and still win. The main man is making sure Chad is never alone forward of centre, whether its a set shot or general play as they will look for him whenever they can. From what i heard, ALFC managed to keep Leon fairly quiet in the 2nd semi anyway.

Anybody can throw theories around about shutting Fitzroy down.
Let's see how smart you guys really are- how do you shut Lutheran down??

bulldog, no need to keep the secret now lol. we are still in division 5 so we wont have to play them next year. how to beat ALFC, well i dont know cause we didnt beat them hehe. But you need quick ball movement around the ground so as not to give them a chance to get behind the ball and setup. make sure you get numbers at the packs with one in and the rest manning up cause they are very good at handballing quickly out and often so they can break with run. i agree with zedman about not bombing forward with their talls down back.

Ease up bulldog, you guys did have a good game that day. But dont forget you got belted by fitzroy in the last round. A team that we beat comfortably twice now. I dont think there is really too much separating both teams, both have simliar setups, both have the same game plan. I am looking forward to it.

yes fitzroy did beat us by that much a few weeks ago, good luck to them. my point is that adelaide isnt the gun hoe teem in the SAAFL. any team can be beaten on any day. not forgetting that adelaide and fitzroy were the teams relegated last season to div 5, so they have had their bad days aswell.
i think it will be a good game, ill be there watching and good luck to both teams, my prediction is adelaide because they have had the rest. only time will tell

I know its captain obvious but interesting to see that both sides relegated from div 4 in 2006 will be both back in div 4 in 2008.Don't see that happening very often.........

No shame in getting touched up by Simon Croucher zedman, would have to be the best CHB in div 5,one hopes he will be even better next year

In the second and third quarter of the second semi Fitzroy controlled the tempo but got a little bit carried away at 3 qtr time thinking the job was done

Dont reckon they will let themselves get jumped again

As much as I support the ALFC the Lions are my tip to get this one

Good move by yourself, wearing an ALFC jumper on the show, then tipping the Roys, very shrewd... We're awake to your reverse psychology!
Some of your guys watched us train wed night, they'd know we're gonna struggle...
