Johno37 im 19 in June.

I just decided that if I wanted to take things seriously I needed to make a few sacrafices and the drink was one of the first ones to go.

So what's news around the traps chaps ?
Everyone fighting fit and keeping active ?
Looks like a bit of work has commenced at the club which is a great sign.......

I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING PHYSICAL IN WEEKS SO I AM VERY LETHARGIC AND WILL STRUGGLE TO DO ANYTHING AT TRAINING.....
ILL MISS THE FIRST WEEK BACK BECUASE IM INTERSTATE BUT I DUNNO IF ID GO ANYWAY..... I WANT TO MENTALLY BUT NOT PHYSICALLY

i can say im actively fighting to keep fit,
and yes the club is coming along had a beer on the slab last week, it looks pretty small though!
