Yeah I had heard they had received money for the second oval and social/club rooms, but hadn't heard that amount - thats a fair amount of money to be given for that purpose - obviously will help them grow alot stronger, particularly if they get pokies into the club rooms....

I think you will find the council is chucking in a fair swag of coin too.
Its getting beyond a joke the amount of money that is being spent up there.
We have to wait a month to get a 1m square pothole filled in in the carpark entrance by the same council

Why the hell do they need a second oval? Isn't that what Greenwith is? They should worry about getting Harper's Field facilites done before anything else.

wats gone wrong down at the valley the last couple of weeks boys? u guys knocked off blackfriars then lost to lockleys, the gg result was probably somewat expected, but thought u wud have accounted for lockleys quite easily- not that we r complaining. u had that double chance all but wrapped up 3-4wks ago now uve let us back in.

You remember the day you guys had up at houghton? We had a similar one down at lockleys. Nothing went right for us. That's just footy though, isn't it? Just means both sides can play in a finals type game a week before the finals. The perfect preparation I would have thought?

no 5 doesnt cause a threat as he is one of the little clan that only gets easy cheap kicks from the big guys that cant kick. i saw a few low behind the play gutless blows from a few lockleys guys hey no 10, just unf for you you picked the wrong guy to do it to. i guess youll hear more about it. must be signs of a team s final asperations are out the door, night night

BRACE YOURSELF TOM. LOCKLEYS KNOW WHAT I MEAN

Are you refering to Neagle copping a head butt? It's not like him to whinge about it. I've seen him do some pretty silly things on a footy field.
