Happens to every team in every grade that gets talked up by everyone else every year
Nah PG's inferences in the D6 thread in regards to how lowly he rates Mitchell Park and TTG are a pretty clear indication of where he thinks IF are going to end up in D7 this year.

We lost a single game last year and had the best % in the SAAFL. Yet were going to get relegated or 3rd to bottom in D6 according to our friend here Phantom. Logical progression says as he believed IF were unlucky to be relegated he would be looking to if not replicate Mitchell Parks season, improve on it.

As other have said - a tad cocky. But maybe right!

But good on him, he is honest and can take it as good as he gives it. So all is fair in love and war.

We at IF expect to have a great season, win a premiership and get ourselves back into div 6. How is this different to any other club at this time of year. If your not thinking that way then you are already in trouble....

Matthews plays as a small forward pocket and not full forward. Very good player though. The Owls missed him big time in the last few minor round games and finals.

If that's Mathews you are talking about, he's a gun, no Mathews, no Angle Vale. They fell apart when he wasn't there towards the end of the season.

How do you wok that out?
Kicked 8 out of 10 against Flinders Park in a 17 point loss.
Kicked 48 from 10 games, the last game he was injured in the first 5 minutes.

They were going alright when the Owls played them when he kicked 8.
That's not him anyway, he has a lighter complexion.
