nice to see gg choking in the first final in div 6 finals..go heccies next week and welcome bos to div 5 :P

yeah was a great win for us, good atmosphere at smithfield aswell. good crowd.
some old fella that invited himself into our change rooms before the game got run over in the carpark near the end of the game, ambulances there and everything. :?
Would that have anythin to do with the 40 cans of Draught that old guy had drank durin the day? I was there for 2nd half, was a good crowd actually. Couldnt get a park anywhere. Drove home then walked there!

I think if Plympton play the same way next week, Div 4 would be a certainty.

The old guy you are refering to at Smithfield is Ben Rigney, an absolute champion of a footy player back in his day and could still have a run now if dedicated himself. unfortunate accident what happened but he is ok. Good luck to Smithy B grade this week great win for them on the weekend, Fitzroy's captain lost it for them by being red carded for tripping a player while he was on the bench

wasn't Fitzroy's captain that did it.
Un-disciplined action all the same.

If the umpires didnt favour Smithfield by giving them 7 out of their 11 goals by either free kicks or 25m/50m penalties then the game would have been more interesting. Because their umpiring was soo bad, they lost control of the game and something like that was going to happen it was just a matter of time. The umpires were not up to standard. They should go back to doing Div 7 or whatever they used to do

You cant blame the umpires for 1 guy being a loose cannon.... both teams were undiciplined on the day but the fitzroy guy cost them the game..... he was 1 of there best before he lost it on the field. Should be a good game this week against Lutheran.. i heard the game is at Fitzroy can anyone confirm??

Adelaide Lutheran will almost destroy Smithfield in the b's. They did last time by more than 10 goals, wouldnt be suprised if it was the same result this week.

Plympton are on a roll, but i think fitzroy @ home are way too strong.

Smithfield in the B grade the boys are pumped..... if they do lose will be only by a goal or 2. Plympton in the A grade watched them last week and they were pretty good

Well done to Eags. Good to salvage something out of the season.

111 points in a B grade game....that's massive. Even bigger a margin than in A grade. Takes some doing.

good stuff this year fellas. unlucky on saturday bulldog. i only saw the 1st quarter, and u didnt quite look as sharp as last week. i think ALFC will win this week. i will be the first to admit i didnt think they would a great team this year, and after talking to brad on the saturday, either did they. but they have impressed me this season and they should be just too good for fitzroy this week (Sorry Chad lol). thats not saying fitzroy doesent have a chance this week though.

good luck to your mob duncs on saturday.
