For how badly we played & how well Walkies played I think he was reasonably well held for the day. Spent a significant amount of time 1 out in the goal square. He finished with 6, but with the magnitude, ease & quality that the ball came in with the baby faced one could have had a massive day out.

Not saying Fromm wasn't good, he was very solid. But, IMO Fisher & the big Mark Blake look alike were the most dangerous players on the ground.

From a Port Districts view, Steven Clay would have to be in there as a Stevie Milne forward pocket, Ben Gunning would be an assest in the middle and there is always Buzz McDowell and skipper Ryan Sampson having good season but maybe not good enough for team of the year.
Obvious selections like Lister and Willoughby, SPOC players like Roberts, Cantwell and Hardy would surely be in there. Fisher and Fromme form would pushing selection from Walkies. PAOC would have to feature somewhere as maybe Byrne. Hurley-Wellington from Uni's played really well against as on a HFF but not sure if he is consistent enough. Has PNU Jolly had a good enough year to feature?? Surely there is more from ROCS and SPOC's that would feature?? Who would hold down Full Back?? Maybe whoever has had the better of Lister over the two games?? Anyone else from Athelstone, Modbury, Old Iggies??
Just a few random questions to get the league quietest forum talking....![]()

Is fish, chips and watching the ladies man actually three things?
