Can anyone give me feedback re a lad that played at Hope Valley last year named Allan Winrow? tall lad late 20's.

Big Al - top bloke, played Bs and C's mainly. I dislocated my thumb trying to rub out his calf muscles - hard as rocks -note to your trainers

Others could probably give you more details...

What standard of footy is div5?? could this lad play div1??? did he play forward or back?

Just wanted to say sorry for my post. I started something and reacted to something i should have let go to the keeper. I just need to get over 2009 and look forward to hopefully a good and consistent 2010.
With clubs increasing their playing stocks for 2010 and teams training hard it looks like 2010 in div 5 will be a very even comp. As a player its nice to think ever week is going to be a challenge and we need to be ready from the first bounce. I like it when any team has a chance to beat any team on a given day. I just hope in 2010 no players get any serious injuries, games are played in the right spirit and the right team wins the last dance.

Not that i am counting but 73 days till round 1

I thought it was a fair call, it gives people an indication who you think you'll be up against, I couldn't gauge where we're at atm, we've looked great on the track, we're full of positivity, we've picked up one or two handy recruits, we're going to be well disciplined and everyone has taken an instant liking to the coach despite his tough training regime.
So far I've been most impressed with some existing players who have just towed the line in previous years and done enough to keep their spots, a few of these have done the extra yards and will be very damaging this season.
