Para hills obviously favourite at the moment based on the off season player hunt they went on, The Raiders are overdue for a run at the flag another good season coming up I'd say, Ingle Farm- Flinders- Mitchell Park all potentially will play finals

1. Para hills
2. Houghton
3. Flinders uni
4. Ingle farm
5. Mitchell park
6. Hackham
7. Mawson lakes
8. Lonsdale

It's interesting to see Houghton have announced a new A grade coach with Kyron Lovell taking over the reins.

I'm sure it wont impact Houghton's plans and preparations on their assault at the flag.

Just another competitive Ingle Farm rival taking a hit.

Farmers wound in even further. Would be better off getting bank interest over betting on Ingle Farm for the '23 D7 flag

Heard the reasons on the grapevine and they sound like bullshit excuses to me. Not like it wouldn't have been known what the challenges would have been when signing on

Poor form from someone who had committed to helping solve the exact problems he claims were the reason for resigning, 3 weeks before the start of the season leaving an already struggling club in the shit.

Smells like something better came up..

Aren't coaches signed to a contract same as players? Surely if something better came up, Mitchell Park would have grounds to squash any move?

Why would you want to keep someone that doesn’t want to be there?

Hopefully they haven’t paid him anything upfront

I wouldn't want to keep him - but I also wouldn't want him landing another job whilst as a club we are without a senior coach. Further to that, I'd be filthy if he quit to go to greener pastures this close to the start of the season - he should be watching footy as a spectator only this season.

If he was a contracted player who wanted to jump ship, there would be massive uproar.

He’s a coward and a pea heart, wouldn’t have taken long for Mitchell park to realise they made a mistake signing him either way.. There’s a reason he’s been moved on from every other club he’s been involved in! Think it’s time for old mate cabbage to realise he’s not cut out for it, all he does he spit the dummy and cry when things aren’t going his way.. A 16 year old kid doesn’t want to train 3 times a week to play Div 5 amateur football, well that’s the end of the world lol.. absolute loser

Should be a rule in place that not one player from the old club can move to the new club when it happens so close to the season. Not fair that he would have built some relationships with players and potentially could take a player so late.

Doubt this would happen. If it does we'll be making some formal complaints I'd suggest.

Of more concern are the players that were ho humming about playing and our immediate recruits. We've got some really good players on board, suffice to say not great for them.

Conversely though we'll probably get 50 tonight 8)
