agreed, C4 seems to be the worst comp to play in for this reason. To be honest who cares if you play one side 4 times and another only twice? I think a couple of years back our D grade played in an 8 team comp and they were unlucky to have to play the better sides more often but still only missed out on the GF by one game so if you are a decent enough side you will actually benefit from playing the better sides. It just works out to be the luck of the draw really.
Why then dont they ask the teams that are playing there? I would have thought that guys just want to play, considering how much it costs to actually get out there! Would the SAAFL give you guys a discount on your registration fees for the season, considering you can play a maximum of 14 out of 18 games a 23% discount seems fair to me??
