Would be good to front up against you lads again :D

From the Div 8 thread. Seems Flinders Park are no certainty to be in this div afterall...things that make you go hmmm :-k

At this stage we are in Div 7. We would love to be able to change it to Div 8. It's Not about playing in this div but we have 8 less people getting a kick each week. Don't think is going to matter though i think we are staying with you guys. Good to see some rivalry in this thread, quite amusing seeing you guys having a crack at each other

How things looking out there cows heard c grade will be very strong as usual but with a few older guys hanging up the boots and players leaving ds may not be as strong as last year?and going up to div7r may struggle abit, any word?

So what trial games have other clubs got organized? This is probably a question more for other A and B grade sides in this div.

Things looking good. Be a very interesting year ahead. Not knowing any of the sides we are playing will make it very tough. C grade should be competitive and the D's should shape up OK. Good test for the boys playing against a few A grade sides.

Mitchell Pk are playing Adel Uni 24th March, 6 quarters, hopefully at Thebby with a 3pm start. Then a cracker against Mawson Lakes at the DEN on Sunday 1st April. A game for all to see, come on down and see how good the Lakers will be in 2012. Seriously, PARKS are treating the day as a family fun day and there will be a jumping castle for the kids, face painting, full BBQ and canteen facilities, and the club will be open all day There will be 2 junior trials followed by B's and A's. Mitchell Pk is working hard on it's image as a club so thanks Riddler, for your contributions. Enjoy the day with your wives, lovers, girlfriends and kids "if you have them" because you do not get many chances to go to "game day" as a family. If you all come, football will be the winner, the result will not count. That means no points Carey.

Will be a real mix I'd suggest with mainly c grade and below so div 6, 6 res, div 8, 8 res and c1.

with SHOC apparently pulling out of C2 due to lack of numbers the calls of "sandbagging" in div 7 have been shown to be petty, jealous rants..they knew where they would be at this year with players and coaches leaving and acted accordingly..MPFC now outright favorites in this division..

Tis just a training jumper. 8)

Funnily enough we voted on it and there was a bit of confusion, several people thought we were changing our proper strip and nearly had an anuerism.

Zed the trial will be against Uni's div 6 team and under. We are probably just a bit short of their A's just yet. :D :D :D Paul and I set up a trial last year at the den and we were happy to accept the chance to play them at Thebby as their A's and B's play before us V Gaza. Riddler do you think Carey would stay away on April 1st? He wants to know what you got too. Be good to have a bruski afterwards guys. Zed, Shoc knew of their situation at the end of last year so hitting them up for sanbagging is a bit rough. I take the p....ss out of them a lot but I don't blame them, its about club preservation. As for our new training jumper it is just that, BUT watch this space.

Current jumper would stay as a clash strip Deeman with white shorts. Just tryin' to get a professional image at the den. New home strip with red shorts. It's all about attracting juniors for the future. It has been tough going to get juniors to the club because we have this so called cultural problem of SAHT or commonly known know as Housing SA. Let's not kid ourselves most of our so called SAHT kids go to Sacred Heart. The times they are a changing. Mitchelll Pk is now becoming an affluent area and we need to capitalise on it before other clubs do.
