Injuries have hit & have seriously disrailed our season. We knew when we started our depth wasn't the best, but the number of injuries has built up far beyond what any of us expected. I think our best result for a game this year is only one injury...
Hopefully the group can stay together next year & get our proud club back to the level it should be (which moves are already being made to ensure).

Surely, this would be clsoe to the last year of A grade for Tyson and Louie and perhaps even Cheese. Hard to replace that when the money is dried up ;)
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

Yeah, no offence Vivian but there is just no way the Athelstone player is the victim in all of this (or any case ive seen him involved in). . every team needs an enforcer and an intimidator but this bloke goes well beyond that, into the realm of thug. .

I dont no about that Sass if blokes are smashing into you all day you will give a little back he is no angel but either is the guy from Payneham. With all due respect to the Payneham player i actually enjoy watching the bloke play he is tough and uncompromising which is great and should be more of it. my point was its a little bit rich for GMac to be walking along the boundry shouting threats at a bloke for roughing up one of his blokes yet its ok for his players to do it thats all. Who was it that said ' the older you get, the wiser you become'? Not so sure about it in Cart's case.

he belted jarrad byrne 2 weeks ago against us. and didnt make it to the tribunal last week??

byrna got 4 down to 2 for the retaliation so i would think carters season would be over seeing as he actually connected with jarrads head!

Cheers to the district boys that came in for a beer after the game. Always good to see a dozen or so opposition players come into the club for a few beers.

They were probably keen to get around D Fromm. Clearly the most dangerous medium sized forward in the competition this year.

So tell us Onsong, are you D Fromm? Or is there a bit of Single White Female going on?

OnSong wrote:I think the team in question's brilliant form reversal can be attributed to D Fromm in the forward line.
Watched him play last week and just cut a swathe through the defenders. Was a class above in trying conditions.

OnSong wrote:Should attract close attention this week - from the ladies. The opposition might want to watch him too

OnSong wrote:He would have to displace form forward D Fromm from the team, no chance.

OnSong wrote:Lift, the form reversal must be attributed to D Fromm recovering from his troublesome hamstring. Surely.

I think you'll find he is taking the piss out of Frommy, which is pretty obvious one would have thought.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Fromm doesn't need a room. He operates in any conditions, whether be a room, or a muddy forward pocket.
Have you not been paying attention S Demon?
Look at Walkerville's results over the last month or so, look in the goal kickers column and find the common denominator.
Even notice the words "common denominator".
Lots of "om", just like D Fromm.

The first 10 minutes they were in the game, then it was all Walkerville after that. If PD get any more injuries or supsension they will struggle as they dont have much depth going on the ladder positions of their B and C grade (both last).
With 4 games left and PD playing SPOC, PNU, ROCS and Uni i would think their chances of playing finals are slim being 2 games from 5th spot.

Iggies suffered a massive blow with Willoughby dislocating his knee/broken leg (not sure which one but the poor bloke was in serious pain and had to wait over half hour for the ambo). So that may hurt them with a few players overseas also.
