I see your point zedman, but that one kick out of the middle at Kingswood Oval has 12 blokes around the one contest. I play at Salisbury so I know how big ovals work, and we've had hauls of 9 and 10 this year with a bloke leading out and marking the ball on his chest with nobody within 30 metres of him except for his direct opponent.
My point simply is, the bigger the oval, the less blokes he has in his area making his contest more difficult than it has to be.
