We're not all that  shocked  with that though are we?

If clubs are still willing to sign him good luck to them. But how is it possible that he can still play in the league ?

There are some lads trying to get registered via appeal this season. I don't know who, but it may well be he is one. Massive penalties if those lads re-offend though.

Easy, he hasn't been de-registered. I think we already went through this some pages back - or maybe in another thread.

It was indeed a good hit out for both sides. Walkies look like they'll do a bit of damage in Div 2, and Salisbury North are building on a solid offseason by increasing their intensity in each trial. Their last trial is against Rostrevor OC in 2 weeks, and that game should give a fair indication of where the Hawks are going this season.

I quite liked the look of Anthony Morgante up forward too. He kicked 2.1 in a short spell up there, and looked quite lively. But he is really needed in defence, as he is easily their most proactive option back there.

Any other results from the weekend for D1 trials?

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Country won by a few goals.
A pathetic 2nd quarter cost us the game. We looked the better side for the other 3 quarters (not that that matters though).

yeah i was suprised to see Boxer etc run out.

Was a good hit out, first qtr was pretty even before Gaza kicked into gear and showed our young lads (6x 16yo) the standard they need to get to esspecially skill wise and around the stoppages.

Good luck to Gaza this year

Lobethals A grade knocked off SPOC by about 10 goals in three quarters. Think SPOC were missing maybe 3 or 4 as the same with Lobethal though.

I reckon for that score line to be accurate, SPOC must literally have had 3 players out. As in only playing with 15

Haha true. Although if the 3 players were Smith, Hardy and Robertson I could believe the scoreline.

They were only held to a single goal, everyone else was out there. Lobethal dominated every aspect of the game with some of their better players not out there as well. Could be a long year for SPOC this year.
