Would the team lose all their premiership points for the whole year or just the games they "cheated" in?

you would assume just the games they went over. but i havent read the rules and regs personally so not 100% on that.

sorry for not being able to read between the lines but what team is it?

The four players in question are all zero points - two of them have been playing there since 2009 and 1 other hasn't played for 2 years so there was no going over the points. I would not have thought that a Club in this division would have been stupid enough to play that far over points.

I think the team in question's brilliant form reversal can be attributed to D Fromm in the forward line.
Watched him play last week and just cut a swathe through the defenders. Was a class above in trying conditions.
Should attract close attention this week - from the ladies. The opposition might want to watch him too.
Right in front of me. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!

Walkerville certainly turned around a poor start:
First 6 games: 1W, 5L
Last 6 games: 6W

I heard that both Chad Cornes and Scott Stevens will be playing for Walkerville this week after signing last week... seems they have a few spare points in their cap

I must say FS your mail was way off on the "POINTS SCANDAL" but spot on regarding the "UGLY INCIDENT". Legal action is pending and one would assume that the gentleman in question is in huge strife. Based on the legal action im not saying anything else but it i will be at the PNU v ATHLESTONE game this week watching the player in question with great interest to see if he can in fact curb his enthusiasm.

Chad will start in the Reserves though as he's not use to playing in the first 21 this season

Wasnt just my mail WW, seemed that it had been going around a few clubs at Tuesday night trainings (i did check witha few people before posting). Thought id see if there was any truth behind the talk, seems like no issue. It did tick all the boxes as a possablility though, few recruits and massive form swing.... conspiracy theory maybe?

He would have to displace form forward D Fromm from the team, no chance.

Fair call Footy Smart
Also in my previous post i discussed possible legal action pending. I left out the word POSSIBLE. I can not say with certainty that this will occur as i was not present at the incident and i am not a member of the club involved.

Its amazing how quickly things turn around when you get players back on the field, just look at PAOC a few injuries to the wrong people and the wheels fall off. sure we have got 1 or 2 mid year recruits but all clubs try to recruit right up to the cut off date.

no one said anything about walkerville when we were getting key players back to match fittness now we are up and running we get questioned on players that have played the whole year. correct me if i am wrong but a players form has no effect on the points they have attached to them, so why has it taken til now for everyone to have a cry.

No one is having a cry just enquiring about the rumour. Good on Walkerville their form has been excellent and will be a great test against ROCS this weekend.

Correct Cash.... They were a well disciplined and structured side when we played them, great around the stopages and agile height up FWD.

But what has suprised me is the number of Walkerville posters that have come out in the last day
