Why wouldn't you count them?
At club level there's no reason why you wouldn't I guess, however I think for SAAFL playing life member stats only one game per club is counted in any given week.
Someone may wish to correct me on that though

indeed..i played in his first game for KFC and looks like i will watch his 350th tomorrow..a beast of a player in his prime..has squeezed every bit of footy he can out of that thick neck and girth..

i was told of an ex afl player doing a one off game but maybe it might be longer?..used to be in the black and white?..sumner also as FC has reposted..

He's played for the Kookas before though, last year against us (or was it 2015...) anyway he's not a new player
