why couldn't a PAOC come into div 7.

there now in Div 2 and im pretty sure there C and D grade both played in the GF last year in the C grade comps.

you would think with promotion they would be even stronger this year.

This match could be ugly if what I've heard about the Crabs. Picked no one up and coming off a winless season doesn't bode well for taking on a side that is supposedly on the rise.

No SD there was no dancing today, but there were tears that Coaches Geoff Riddle and Chad Bourke couldn't continue their love affair in Div 7. Both Bourke and Riddle however do share a love of the dance floor at the nightspots around Adelaide ;)

Lots of IN's for North Pines in todays clearance list, most from Salisbury and Salisbury West.

Anyone know of their quality?

How's Adrian Hart going coaching Athelstone? Big shoes replacing Herb. Which club did he come from?

The guy is a club legend. Very popular and should do a good job.

Speaking of Old Farts, I understand Mawson Lakes A grade are doubling up for the Super Rules Comp on Sundays with all their vintage recruits.

On face value, this looks to be the weakest D7 comp I've seen, but it can be difficult to gauge what level of competitiveness the C/D grades will bring.

Very good I have heard. They are gonna win the flag comfortably now imo.

I have a question though, and I am not meaning to pick on Mawson's when I ask it....but

All things going as they should you will get promoted this season. But then if all the oldies are close to retiring...especially on the back of a flag, where does that leave you? O'Gorman, Polkinghorne and Reidy gonna go on?? I guess there can be more recruiting done and they may play on, and even though another year older, still be very useful in Div 6?
