As far as i know Salis West has entised all their U-18s premiership side from 2 years ago back to the club & are starting fresh.

Forth, Scudds and Newchurch would be too much for any div 4 backline to handle.
Just gotta get the footy down there enough and these blokes would kick a winning score most weeksBurraBoys wrote:zedman wrote:lol turk..scudds? LOL
Dont laugh to hard Zed. I heard that shane had missed the boat regarding the country club he wanted to move to. Im unaware of his current situation but $ talks. As much it would be sad, it would not be beyond the realms of possibility to see him line up for the Dragons.
8 a game or keeping him on the park for 8 games is the real question though.
All speculation at this point though. A more realistic scenario would be the confirmed signing of Forth back from moonta.

Good work down there at WOS as hopefully most sides in Div 4 will have A's, B's & C's in 2010 as the more triple headers we can organise the better as makes for a great atmosphere.

Totally agree, we will be looking for as many triple headers as possible. Our only issue is that a local primary school uses our oval in the mornings most weeks during school term. Our backup option will be to try and schedule the C Grade to play at Westminster School instead in the morning, giving all players the chance to make the short drive back to Glandore for the B & A Grade.
Looks like all sides bar Greenacres will have a C Grade in C4 - i am told an Adelaide Uni side will step into the remaining spot. So do you guys think that most clubs will be keen for as many triple headers as possible?

Im still getting mixed reports regarding Forth. Moonta then 'Acres, then Moonta again. The Scudds rumour has developed out of mere speculation and lack of another name but the Newchurch ones seem solid. Picked up Joe Eisner from Modbury as well. He floated between the Hawks A's and B's
When will some one (turk) clear it all up for us? Only a month until trials, sureley not much is secret now?

Just do your usual trick and send Radar out there for a look.

We have nominated a D Grade again, as have Golden Grove, so some games against us will only be As and Bs I would think, as the club likes to have two games at home each week.Purple Cobra's wrote:wosfc wrote:Roaring Lion! wrote:One Eyed wrote:It appears for the 1st time the WOS Football club willbe fielding 3 sides. We are keen to play as many triple headers as possible.
If anybody wishes to confirm that they are keen to play triple headers with us, please pm me.
