Div 3 was still top 5 last year with only 9 teams

From the Rules and Regs

39.3 A Final Five system shall be played at the conclusion of the minor round in Divisions comprising nine (9) teams or more.

so with 1 week until round 1,when will the decision & final fixture be finalised,has to be by tomorrow surely.

Para Hills goneski is the word around the local area..

I believe they finally asked to be moved but got knocked back, so they'll be playing in D4, or there will be a bye if they fall over.

it was a bit bizarre as it wasnt fair for the rest of the comp missing out on percentage they said which was correct but it was fair for the 2 sides they played who got nothing out of it except a lot of wasted time, payments to trainers, payments to players, injuries, zero points and a crappy start to the season.. *sigh
