They have won two minor premierships in a row because they are the best side in the comp. Remember that boys!

They will come up fired up and blow Walkies off the park.

Best side in the comp, even thoguh they couldn't beat us unless it was played underwater? Turn it up Teddy.

That is a bit harsh turbo They have improved a great deal from 5 years ago. Salisbury west has taken there title and it is a clear winner of the Terrible club trophy.

Hey Demongirl - Dont take to heart that a Div3 B GRADER Footballer doesnt like your team.... Maybe its the fact that games against E/P were just a little to tough for him.

I wouldnt put E/P & S/W in the same category when it comes to thugs.

When the season is over i will tell you which player/supporter i am..

And btw. I didn't suggest anything in particular about why I'm not going to miss playing Eastern Park.

TBH, it was mainly the road trip and the state of their ground. They weren't overly dirty, just a bit odd (running off the field to punch spectators).

Your right Turbo, It would embarassing - We would be the port power chokers, Lets hope it doesnt come to that.

Who would you guys prefer to play in the GF (Athelstone or Walkerville)
Im sure you have the attitude that you dont care who as you think it will be a walk over in the GF.

But who would you prefer to play -

mate no grand final will ever be a walkover, you can just beat who you play on the day. We have no choice, just hope both sides belt the stuffing out of eachother. So good luck to both clubs

Too right Schimma. Here's hoping for a brutal Prelim final.

I think Raggies dedserve to be in the GF cos they have undoubtedly been one the best two sides this year. But Walkerville are still a formidable line up. For me it all still depends on how you contain Smiddy. AS far I can tell hes a massive barometer for their side.

SMOSH still with more in's to come next week. One massive one too from left field.

It's just an opinion mate. You are obviously pretty passionate about SMOSH. I'm not affiliated with Athelstone in any way other than I have a couple of mates who play out there and I have played under Barabas previously. I guess we will see who the better team is come the GF. Having said that Athelstone have to get there first.

Ha you guys are way easy to stir.

Shame I won't get to see teh Athelstone vs walkerville game this weekend.

I rekcon it will be an absolute belter.

And cos I'm feeling kind, kudos to Raggies for the state of their oval. There the sand patches but better then most! Ours included. Damn baseball.

Does anyone from Raggies know if the Loud Speaker will be in operation this saturday? May i ever so politely suggest Sraight Lines by Silverchair is not the most inspiring song prior to play a game of footy! Ha ha.

There were about 60 songs on random play...take your point though about Silverchair.

Any requests, I'll talk to our match day DJ.

He could just play 'Eye of the Tiger' over and over!!!

Turbo, what did you think of warming up to the music and the PA system in general?
