Wark a huge medal show from Unley - gun player, great to watch, P Cahill will poll well, other tips??

Yeah I'd say Wark, josh allen from Athelstone, jolly from Pnu and a handful from scotch and Seaton who may steal votes off each other?! Paul Cahill good bet

I heard Scotch were a bit concerned going into the Payneham game with 6 players out in the A’s and 14 in the B’s. Had to forfeit their fifth placed C’s. Ouch. Scotch can’t play Athelstone in first final at Scotch. Oval unavailable. So are Thebarton and Campbelltown. Where will it be played? League will need a fenced oval. Kilburn? Salisbury?

We have a great chance to win a premiership but not getting ahead of ourselves. Plenty to still be done. One thing I am stoked about is seeing mitcham getting relegated. Couldn't happen to a better club.

Wark is a Gun...but a young fella by the name of A. Clarke from Unley might also poll a few votes, they may take a few off each other. Plenty of quality talent going around in A3 that's for sure.

Love how you say we like your actually associated with seaton....... Very transparent though ITC trying to apply a little bit of pressure to Seaton FC.... For what it's worth do not underestimate Athelstone....have the ability to push the top two and very well coached.... Cahill to win the medal....

Agreed, Athelstone definitely a big chance and its hard to see anyone other than Seaton scotch or Athelstone to get into the GF and win it. Great division this year though and the medal count will be interesting!!

I saw Athelstone on the weekend, and even though Seaton beat them by 4 or 5 goals they were quite impressive. Used the ball well when going forward and looked quite dangerous. They could be a threat to Seaton come finals time.

Its been along time between drinks for the Raggies.....1996 A2 Premiers.....mostly a competitive unit throughout the season with a few good scalps......but suspect come finals. Another good year but hard to see them troubling the top two...and if PNU get it together they could go out in straight sets.

Their last GF appearance was against SMOSH if I recall correctly, going back a few years? (or was that a B grade final? It was at Westies I reckon...

Lost the A's, beat SMOSH WL in the B's, C's finished top but went out in straight sets to SMOSH WL (Premiers) and Walkerville in GF...

Scotch and Seaton are a step ahead of everyone in the comp. Just more talent across the board.

Athelstone were good out there, had some quality mids and running players. They use space well, but watching them at our ground vs at theirs, they break down on a small ground or if you can shut down their space and style. Not the scoring power of Seaton and Scotch.

Massive game this week between PNU v Pembroke. Winner to play finals, loser might have a big round 18. PNU by 1 point or Pembroke by 100.

In news from the Jets, B grade superstar and vice captain Will Batty will be erecting a bronze statue of himself, kicking his trademark left foot snap, at Kingswood Oval after kicking a bag of 9 vs Eastern Park on the weekend in a BOG performance.

Interesting scenario for the last round...

1.Seaton (15 wins)
2. Scotch (14 wins)
3. Athelston (11 wins)
4 Payneham (10 wins)
5. Pembroke (9)
6. Unley (8)
7. Old Iggies (8)
8. Salisbury (5)
9.EP (3)
10. Mitcham (2)

If scotch beat pembroke as expected then pembroke will need both unley and old iggies to lose in order to stay in the 5.... Iggies play EP so you would expect them to win there and unley play Payneham (50/50).

What are the thoughts on the outcome here? My tip is scotch will beat pembroke, payneham beat unley and iggies beat EP to take the final spot in the 5.

I think Unley would fancy themselves to beat Pnu and old Iggies should smash EP so % definitely going to be tight! Will scotch or PNU rest players for the final game?

If PNU rest players this week I'll wear a union jack at work and call myself Jane wetsnatch. Pretty sure round 18 anyone in the mix will be doin their best to find some touch and make sure they can finish as high as possible. Can't believe I even responded to that
