What's it like training in those cold wintery nights with those bloody good smells drifting over from the My Yen Restaurant? Surely it distracts a few of the players!

It just adds to the atmosphere Hardy. Not for a second is anyone distracted however.

i reckon mitcham is better

If the Council didn't listen to the cricket clubs request the oval would be fine.
Right now the ovals perfect grass and all but once footy season comes and it gets muddy, it gets cut short and rolled so there is no grass they don't let it grow.
Mitcham Council worst going around.

Most of your guys struggle with kicking and catching anyway, any distraction would go un-noticed...

Ball is zipping around the track at lightening speed Felchy, most of the Sherrins wouldn't have hit dirt all year.
Coach king hitting kids before the siren, behind play, when hes not looking, for no reason, then stepping on head as he lay unconscious policy in again this year?

Again a great night out on the track. Without getting ahead of myself and the club we should be set fior a great year. Not saying anything other than we shouldnt have the slow start we had last year and previous. The magoo's look set for the same. Having those lads that have come across to us has helped considerably. Really looking ofrward to round 1 and seeing what other sides ahve been able to maintain over the off season. Lipson is looking like an animal with both Pedo and even Leonard stepping up looking the goods. ;)

Bit of competition up fwd between hodges and Thornton wouldn't there. I do believe hodges was supporting us in the final and word is that Andy and scotty were nearly in a dust up after a Seaton Portland game. But then again he did challenge westy and minners to a fight also after they played. Should be interesting competitive drills dwn at the dome

I think you will find Thornton is alot different on the field, or when a game of footy is at stake than he is at other times. Im sure him and Hodges would get on just fine.

There is nothing wrong with a bit of white-line fever, a few of us have been known to suffer from it from time to time... ;)

We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

Could you imagine how Macadam would feel now knowing there are more players coming on board and his spot in the 2's is getting more secure each and every day
