Flex did walk away from the game with a bag! 12 - 6 he kicked!! as he was praised he did say that the way the ball was delievered into the forward lines was the best this season!! at half time i dont know what the raggies were trying to do but they ended up have 3 players on flex! "guys you were behind you cant take defeat like that" but to their credit they fought back as we dropped off! and once again we had one on the bench in the dying stages!!
It's all fun and games till you get serious, sit down shut up and have a joke... Were all here for a laugh and a few to many bevvs

The Hawks v PHOS game was a pretty fast pace game from start to finish. Only late in the 3rd quarter could the Hawks get a 4 goal lead and hold it. Vandy was sensational up forward kicking another 6 and Kev Kock was great across half back in his first game of the year. It was definately a whole team effort for 4 quarters, we had another 4 players out from last week and the blokes who came in stood up and took their chance in the A's. Not one passenger.

Agreed Footy Smart your blokes were very good all day. The signs have been there for us over the past 2 weeks with slow starts and sooner or later we were going to pay.

Yeah we have started slow a few times this year and it has cost us, had to play catch up footy and havent been able to get over the line on a few occasions. Your ruck duo worked well all day and moved around the ground well, we took a while to stopping kicking it to them also

You would expect that to change before the bye, with all 6 teams playing at least 1 other in the next 2 rounds.

Any suggestions on the top 5 at the break?

They def arent a finals side IMO, but they beat us  if we kicked straight though we would have won by 10 goals! They are a team of honest footballers but lack the polish to be a top team
