Milo, I just spoke with MP's B Grade coach who I work with and he told me both twins will be back out in 09 and the returning one has apparentely brought some players from Happy Valley back with him.... Not sure what the lure would be to go from HV A's to MP but each to their own !!

Maybe they like the look of MP's guernsey :D

Umm.... me thinks not... hehehe.
Thos blokes were the biggest game turners for MP. They could win the game or lose it themselves so easily...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Good to hear that the Mawson Lakes oval will be getting some use. Should be a lot better when opposition teams go and play against St. Pauls in the future now

Any word on whether Ovies had better numbers on the track this week. Also is there a clearer picture on the makeup of div 7 for next year yet?

word is that if all nominated sides get the two teams, there'll be a div 8 next year with div 7 likely to consist of all a grade sides (of course henley may choose to play there, div 6 or even the mooted div 8 )

That sounds like a little bit of a hint there  for someone to come out and have a look. I think that certain person may be happy with one of the clubs that he has checked out but a long time till the season starts I guess.

Can say that Wingies have nominated for two teams in Div 7, but neither Browny nor B. Jessup will be coaching there. Could be a tough ask getting fifty blokes out there though.
