Great positive move for the club though. What does the Highlander think of this?

Northern Cobras was thrown up as a joke but it actually doesn't sound too bad

Is St. Pauls new ground the oval that the Kaurna Eagles used to play on ??
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

 Would be interesting !!!
Was always a hard ground to play them on... had to dodge about 8 kids playing in teh goal square when kicking out from full back !! And I stood a young kid who was fast as lightning who wore no shoes !! Would be a fair change to have St. Pauls OS play there I'd think...

I always thought that Karuna had some long term lease on the oval or something. Think Eddie used to get on here and say that maybe?

Yeah Kaurna (aboriginal sporting association) have a lease on the oval with the uni...our agreement is between us and them (aboriginal sporting association).

We've been given indication they have no intention to start up another team in the near future and are happy to back us in and form part of the community.

Milo, I just spoke with MP's B Grade coach who I work with and he told me both twins will be back out in 09 and the returning one has apparentely brought some players from Happy Valley back with him.... Not sure what the lure would be to go from HV A's to MP but each to their own !!
