Pretty sure Keith Hooker coaches Trinity i think Scott Matthews coaches the B's.

Scott Matthews has taken over from Keith Hooker, not sure if Keith wanted to go again or the club wanted a change. Someone from Trinity OS will have to tell us that.

Ease up mate I was merely asking the question because I actually heard it from one of your more senior players so thought it may have had a bit of truth in it.

He was meant to "retire" after 09 but that never happened. Spry still has alot off footy left in him I'd be surprised if he stopped playing

I'm looking forward to the challenge of leading the TOSSER's next season after spending 5 years being coached by my good mate Keith. He was feeling pretty burnt out by the end of it but before he could make the decision the club informed him they would like to go in a new direction. I was not approached until some time after this decision in case you were wondering if I stabbed my mate in the back.

Paul Rhigas is definately coaching Uni again. Watch out for them this season as it seems Uni want their B's playing Div 6 against the MEN. Could be interesting.

They somewhat did that this year. I was told the coaches there rate D6 better than D2R.

Didn't their Div 2R side finish top this year? So now we'll have another big club sandbag players in a lower grade?

I wouldn't consider it sandbagging.

The coaches don't necessarily think it's a better standard but they like the fact that div 6 plays time on and longer quarters. It also allows the a grade coach to have a look at younger players in the b grade while those older and known players returning from injury can play a bit longer. The coaches think it may be a bit more physical but not as quick.

you're probably right there in regards to it being more physical but not as quick. the question i'd like to know the answer to is if the 2R team would be the div 6 team or the other way around. if a C grade team would beat a B grade team at a particular club, i dont think thats all that fair
