Or they could just scrap Rep footy altogether. It is a waste of time and money at this level. The resources could be spent much more wisely in other areas of the game. E.g umpire training or making fees more affordable for clubs.

Says it all doesn't it. The AA voting system was totally flawed just like the carnival and a waste of time.
