Districts must be in all sorts of problems have now pulled thier D Grade premiership side out of C5.

Last season results

A Grade 9-10 Fifth
B Grade 7-1-10 Seventh
C Grade 3-13 Tenth
D Grade 17-4 Made up from mostly ex A Graders just wanting a kick & catch

Not much to work with if all the outs are true.

Must be early pick for relegation with SHOC
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you, Port Adelaide Sturt. & Norwood You don't beat Glenelg in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Although Districts have lost a heap, have heard that they have picked up a couple of real handy players. All I know is that 1 is from the south east and can play and I think the other has had league experience ???
Is there anyone from the Club on here that can fill us in

Who has been organising the trial games? Made a right "balls up" with the planning I'm told!

How did Port District's trial match go against Brighton I think it was. Did all recruits play and how well ?

Watched about the first half of the trial, seemed pretty even contest. Not sure where Brighton would rank in terms of SAAFL but they looked a good running side.
I think the biggest problem districts will have is Ruck and key position spots, they don't look like they have much size in these areas.
Was interested to see M.Cox running around. With a clearance pending is it safe to say he has found a home for the year.
Can anyone confirm a rumour I heard that the SAAFL has made him sign an agreement that he must stay at Districts because they are sick of him changing teams 3 or 4 times each year.
They are straight to their word, they don't talk a lot of smoke and mirrors behind windows.

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Because we're scared of you flogging us with that super Haven C grade assembled this year ;)

Probably being a Friday Night , I'd say but that's just a guess. Have a trial against Seaton instead tomorrow before the A and B grades
