GG and the Burraboys will be doin mayhem in mildura
Not exaclty sure of the dates but it promises to be 'epic' once again.
Robe was last year...bit average.

We generally have the tradition of dressing our first timers/'virgins' in fluro and/or pink versions of the footy trip shirt and making them our beer bitches all weekend. Along with making them do other generally fould deeds and just generally pasting them with them permanent psychological damage.

Then there of course is the highly coveted prizes of footy trip MVP and rookie of the year

Any good stories or traditions such as ours?

First timers get L-plates and have to 'earn' their way off them. If the plates aren't worn properly they drop and give us twenty push-ups.

The whistle gets around, when it's blown we all yell "BALL!!...Yeah!". Did this at the Pony in Melbourne last year and all the bohemians were horrified they had a football team in their alternative abode. The rasta manning the door booted most of us.

So did you book Darwin really late or have no aspirations for finals from the start?
Bit weird going 3 days after the end of the minor round

lol nah that blokes Shayne Mitchell. That was a great trip, probably the best I have been on. I got stuck with the fluro orange vest and I was going to just wear that but they would not let me through the gate. I see that they have the famous stink finger pic from the 04 trip on there lol. What weekend you blokes going to Mildura BB? We have our "Get fingered in Mildura 08" sept 19-21.......
