Good win by the Raggies there Blublurag. Funny how much difference a Stagg on fire can make...

Yes, our Stagg was on fire, PNU's wasn't for a change and there was another Stagg in the best players for Edwardstown too.

Pembroke were good. Talking to Tom May once the siren went about why Luke Skoblyk didn't play, he's playing for Keith this year. Their handball around the stoppages was unstoppable.

I picked Athelstone over Iggies, and Pooraka over PNU. But the other two surprised me. Haven't heard a lot of PAOC over the summer but I still though they'd beat Eastern Park. Ditto with Flinders Park losing to Walkerville.

I think you'll find the Edwardstown one is Damien Stagg - although I couldbe wrong. Returned to the city after several years in the Riverland playing for Barmera-Monash.
I'm not sure, but I tyhink he's the brother of one of the other Staggs around the place.

At Athelstone is Matthew Stagg, at PNU is James Stagg (I think).

Matt played for Tailem Bend before coming to Athelstone last year. James is a brother. Could Damien be another brother, believe there is 4 or 5 boys in the family.

I'm pretty sure Matt is the Stagg at Athelstone. Jeremy played a few games for Tailem Bend last year before retiring. Havent heard if hes come out of retirement this year and signed with another club though.
