viss a big loss, a host of others as well through work..i would say 9 from the finals team that played lockleys will be gone so CLG at this stage is only getting back what they have lost..

With clearances being released by the SAAFL in their footy news on the website, it looks like they're starting to click into gear in organising the upcoming season. Does anyone know when they will release the draw?

Last opportunity to pull out sides with out fine is tomorrow. Once they know the teams I would expect they will start hammering out the draw. Draft version late Feb maybe.

Dont know his first name Knighter, a bloke at work has heard the whisper that he has left so my source is third wheel info. According to him though it is a big loss, equipped with corbett, mickan and co there is some holes to fill at lockleys

Looks like Central United and Kenilworth are the big improvers thus far, not sure if I counted correctly but did Central have 9 ins?

Not sure if it was 9 but they will have a few more next week to push towards that number, should make them completive!

Watch the Kooka's they'll be around the mark - I remember last season Kenilworth had BIG Ins at this time of year - and they continued to promise BIG things all year, eventually with an A grade Elimination Final defeat. Not bad after relegation the previous year. The Reserves Premiership was their Crowning Glory and probably do the same again...B grade premierships don't get you out of D6 but they certainly keep you heading in the right direction. KFC will be serious contenders both grades with the B's odds on favourites.

Cheers Darth, there is no doubt they are shaping up as a pretty big threat this year.

Does any one have any inside info. on the players they have signed ie past clubs and level they played at?

yeah i do but i aint telling :P yet..

darth: imo 5th was a bad result and i know ppl at KFC agree..they recruited at least 12 A grade players of which 4-5 we were told would make a huge splash in this "grade", they didnt..had 6 -10 good u/18s become available for senior selection..had a B grade who won the flag(depth?) plus the return of salisbury to their rucking division and osborn from injury/work to full forward full time..and they fell another half a grade in theory..
