Time for Ovingham to harden up a little and face reality.

You're a Damm A grade side for crying out loud so grow a set and play against other A Grade sides and stop swanning around in the bottom half of the C Grade divisions like when you were proclaiming that you were the premier club in the league,

D7 is that bottom grade for A grade sides that is where you will play. If you don't like it FOLD!!!

For too long you have held the league over a barrel with your threats and demands and you cannot deny as it is documented fact.

Stop your sooking and grow up!!!!!!!!!! it's a mans game
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

without a doubt you are a peanut making a statement like that
i would love to know how little old ovies have held the giant saafl over a barrel
in my time their that was not the case and i cant really see how
and i believe everyone else reading your crap above will understand that its a statement like above are the people behind wanting them to fold
maybe the fact that your club for the past few years have tried to get their ground for your juniors might have something to do with it and your simplistic outlook on the big clubs getting bigger and stuff the rest
as for being an a grade side its a club with a group of guys that love the game that just want to have a kick that are their
are you now saying their is no room in footy or the saafl for clubs and people that just want to have fun
in your world by the looks of it but the majority of people who love this game and this league luckily dont have the same small minded pea brained idea of what this game actually means as you do
i wonder who the big clubs will play against when they throw everyone else out
we stand as one
we fight as one
we win and lose as one
we are one

It's round 1. We will name a B & C grade team. There will be 18 to 20 changes for round 2, that is all.

Oh FFS stop whinging. The integrity of the Div 7, 8 and C grade competitions are determined by the information clubs give the league about the likelihood of their team nominations and most of you should know this

From what I understand there were 40 odd clubs who a month ago nominated C grades and today there are 5 of those 40 odd now warning the SAAFL there is good chance they may not fill those teams. In addition there are two clubs who have suggested they might have D grades but won’t know until February if their optimism is proven correct and won’t officially nominate their D grades until then.

To add to all that I hear there is one club who nominated their C & D grades for Div 8 and have now told the league that if they had their time again, they would’ve nominated for Div 7 and if possible could they go back up.

Why don’t you just wait until the middle of Feb when things are a little more settled and then have something to say or better still, why don’t you save yourself some grief and ring the office to discuss your concerns. We all know the current management are more receptive to open communication than previous management so use it rather than getting your little knickers in a knot.

Would have thought this is general banter on a football forum at this time of year when there is bugger all else to discuss. Come on, we all know 80% of the league decisions are made from information gathered from this site. ;) . Just trying to help out. :(

North Pines Football Club is pleased to announce Phil Furner as the clubs B grade coach for the 2013 seson. This will be Phil's first time coaching but brings loads of playing experience with him. We are sure he will do a great job.

Sorry, wasn't a piss take. You were the hardest team for MP to beat outside the 5 and toward the end you pushed the top 3 to minimal losses. I would expect you to improve a lot in 2013 now the lads have a better understanding of the level, particularly if you have recruited a few. I have a lot of respect for the hard work you have done. :)

Sorry PG we all forgot that only div 6 was a close and competitive grade, where the bottom 2 teams were unlucky to get demoted [FACE SCREAMING IN FEAR]. Smithfield last year played a very tough and competitive game. Most coached would tell you if it wasn't for maybe a couple of smarter heads on the field and a better fitness level they would have won more games.
