Is going under the radar replacing your 'B' grade Mark Smart because of work commitments with a paralowie player?

*Omitted out Henley because it is their C/D Grades

Kenilworth been very busy with pen and paper, WC with some quality recruits and not much happening for Ingle Farm, Mitchell Park and Lockleys.

Obviously this only paints part of a picture, doesn't account for retirements or already listed returns.

Makes interesting reading Q.

What it indicates to me is which clubs Adminastrators are up to speed at this early stage and which clubs are still getting organised. This is just the tip of the iceberg, March/April will be like revolving doors at a lot of clubs.

Motivations and movements at HD and Kenilworth would be high, both have points to prove. Well done to them for getting a head start.

I cant comment on that, i don't know the process involved in selecting Marks replacement, or how the club went about it, all i know is unfortunately due to work Mark couldn't do the job.

I guess what you have to look at is since we had already been training for a while when this change occured, the club had to make sure the appointment was swift and didn't affect the rest of the coaching staff and squad and obviously someone who would be able to work coherently with the A grade coach.

As for going under the radar, i was more referring to the fact we aren't sprouting our mouths off, talking ourselves up at all and not being involved in other peoples business. We are just training, working on our own game, our own improvement and focusing on the season ahead quietly and effectively, minding our own business.

lol you knob.

He has sole custody of his kid now and his mother wont look after the lad on saturdays so he wants to play close to home. And as he knows 90% of the lads at the Roo's it made his decision easy. "Have had plenty of offers but have had enough of the travel" is his exact words.

We cant afford much more than a can of coke and and a packet of chips :D
