Yeah I was surprised to see that many out.

I doubt it as he was off doing his own circuit that didn't involve any running.
More of a one-stop circuit mate, my arms are still sore two days afterward. Hoping to be back with you boys after New Year but not holding my breath. And you got pipped by Turner in the time trial, very disappointing to lose to a man with one arm. ;)

Salisbury are training at Paralowie High School on Wednesdays if anyones interested in having a kick.
Turner has always beaten me in the time trials. I reckon Monday was actually the closest I've ever finished behind him. Two able arms or not he is very fit.
To bad he cant kick a footy to save himself :D

Ok. Fair enough. I think all the boys are hoping to put the terrible performances from last year behind them and with the new coach, who has gained a lot of respect from the players from coaching the b grade last year, will be looking to have a good 2010. I think some of the guys who have hardly been mentioned on here will be the ones who step up. They will certainly be a team you cant underestimate

Any Pooraka news out there (very quiet ). Started training? Any recruits ( will need a couple )? Have you re signed Adams and Naylor ( heard a riverland club interested in both and Chris had a chat with Roy Laird, luckily cricket is still his prority). Keep an eye on players training with other clubs while still waiting for last years match payments.

Have we got any confirmed recruits at this stage?
A couple for woodville south but as for other clubs seem as though the recruit has been held to a minimum at this stage

Every club will have recruited some and lost some mate, just that you blokes have publicised yours more than others have. Some clubs don't like to give too much away too early.

I'm not sure if anyone can have anything besides verbal commitment at this stage either, since no clearances can be lodged until February.

Definately, we trained last night and the boys felt it.
Hotter today though.

39 tomorrow so our boys will not be looking forward to that.
