Hey first time poster but have been reading this website for ages. I think that woodville south will be a real dark horse this year i have been out on the track with them and have been very surprised to see some good numbers and some interesting faces. I think it will be a very good year

all the new boys out of woody south are fitting in well which helps. Hows other clubs going with recruiting any big name signings?

We had our first pre season training last night. Had around 50 blokes on the track which I thought was a pretty good turn out.

Yeah i think the boys are keen to not stay in Div 4 long. Positive vibe around the club which is good. Whats the vibe like out at westminster??

catters hard to say the vibe after only 1 run but you would hope after the last couple of years the boys would be keen for that sort of feeling to continue.

More of a one-stop circuit mate, my arms are still sore two days afterward. Hoping to be back with you boys after New Year but not holding my breath. And you got pipped by Turner in the time trial, very disappointing to lose to a man with one arm. ;)

Salisbury are training at Paralowie High School on Wednesdays if anyones interested in having a kick.

Turner has always beaten me in the time trials. I reckon Monday was actually the closest I've ever finished behind him. Two able arms or not he is very fit.
