All focus is on being competitive and staying up in Div 1. The beauty of our premiership side from last year is only 5 players were not ex modbury juniors so we have a fairly young and loyal squad to work with!

Clubs normally overlook such shortcomings if they think the bloke can actually play. Was he invited out there or did he just ask for a run?aceman wrote:

I think he was invited out as I heard Roy Laird asked Jason Roe about him during the year....good on Dave I say could have gone for an easy option and try out at Westies but wanted to challenge himself.
