Early tips for ladder at end of minor round 2010

TOS
CLG
Lockleys
West Croydon
Henley
Paralowie
Kenilworth
Houghton
Mitchell Park
Ingle Farm

My tips as follows:
CLG - Strong side and should get enough wins on the board to take top spot.
TOS - Will have to do a bit of travel but should be good enough for 2nd
Paralowie - Form from late this year shows them to be a force
Kenilworth - Always hard to beat, will be around the mark
Mitchell Park - Unlucky this year, never an easy team to come up against, to sneak in the 5
-----------------------
Lockleys - Alot of talls, keep everyone fit and they could be alot higher.
Henley - Will come up and hold their spot.
Ingle Farm - Wont be far off the mark, but not expecting a whole lot.
West Croydon - Can push a few sides on their day, but need Vessali to stay fit to make an impact
Houghton - Dont see much between the bottom 5 but someone has to drop!

Wow, the season is still warm and we're already taking stabs in the dark as to how the teams will sit in 12 months time. It will be interesting to see these lists change when the recruiting rumour mill goes into overdrive...

Choked or not, the BL boys have been promoted to the next division and I think when the cold hard light of the day settles down that is still a pretty major achievement. Like us in 2007 when we finished runner up, at the end of the day you are devastated to lose a Grand Final but the knowledge you will be challenging yourself against better oppositionin the following year soon heals the wounds.

Gloating ALWAYS has a way of coming back to bite you... Good luck to BL for 2010.
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
