Obviously Fred and Barney still aren't happy with the events last week, I was thinking they might have gone for Encounter Bay or Myponga but they must be booked.

Poor units, I get it’s a long bus trip out to Kenilworth… but was always a chance, and you’re at the bottom of the food chain so get what you’re given.

Surely most players can just call in sick, take an annual leave day or for those who don’t work, stay off the beers & Xbox for the day.

If you wanna play, you’ll make it happen.

You sound like a pack of sooks. Oh you got to travel for your Friday night final - boo ******* hoo!

There are sides outright clear in 5th position who have been denied the chance to compete and no doubt would love to be playing.

First final for Units in what like 10yrs? Would’ve thought you’d spend the week embracing it instead of crying like a baby.

If you take a 15 minute walk from Mofflin Reserve to Haydown Road to catch the J1 at 3:01.

That will get you into the city around 4:08 where you can alight at Grenfell Street to make your wake to King William street to board the 723F @ 4:19 to get you to stop 23 on South Road leaving you a 5 minute walk to the Kenilworth Football Club.

You'll have enough time for a dart during the city changeover and then again walking to the ground from South Road.

Did I see Fred's lips move then, sock puppet? Won't be long before he blurts out the old "do you want me to put you guys back on sanctions? Or maybe Barney will throw his dummy across the room with his phone, he's got form.

Sure the timeslot is not ideal and a bit of a logistical challenge but only for the B Grade starting time, but when your at the bottom of the grade food chain you get what you get.
The President of the club has adopted the 'Anywhere, Anytime' mantra and all the boys have gotten around it.

I always look for the glass half full approach.
St Marys is the perfect size ground for the way the Units play.
Our As and Bs are playing together.
Everyone loves playing night footy!

Game on!

Make sure you grab the day pass think you will be able to get back as long as before midnight, value for buck those bus day passes well they were 15 years ago.
go the units all the best.
