He is still under 18, so is viewed as a junior still, thus -1. When he is over 18, then his junior playing history is looked at to determine points at whichever club he plays for

Wouldn't have thought.

Player Point Allocation
Each player playing in the Senior (A grade) Team of a Club will be allocated a “Player Points Rating” as outlined below:
8.1. Each player selected to play in the Senior Team of a Club will be given a base rating of Zero (0) points with the exception of Junior Players who are selected in that team who, subject to clause 8.2, will be given a minus one (-1) rating.

6.4. “Junior Player” means a player under the age of 18 years who has played a minimum of 25 games from the year in which he turns 13 years of age with an
Affiliated League Club or school affiliate of an Affiliated League Club, with which he is seeking registration.

Ya gotta play 25 games with the club.. if any kid under 18 was a neg 1 pointer, you'd quickly find clubs raiding junior footy programs just to add a couple points.

While we are discussing points, what about Dean Steele? Can't recall him playing at Smithfield previously yet they've got him zero points instead of 3.

Seriously, I love the blokes out at Smiffies and there are some quality people involved but seems they're constantly taking the piss with this shit - how long can you continue to say you made a mistake or didn't know?

Probably one of the most frustrating games I’ve watched in recent times during the first half. Both sides looked flat and the scoreboard reflected that. The 3rd quarter is the best we have played this year and the rest played out from there. Thanks to CLG for their strong support of the club today and playing the C’s at Kenilworth. A strong healthy local rivalry with a lot of respect both ways.
