well done to heccies b grade today
WOS rotated the bench a lot. no cheerleaders before the match. must have gone on strike for more money. interesting seeing clg having a carpark allocated to only their players. also interesting seeing #5 for clg giving the WOS bench a send off before halftime wen they were losing.

I popped by Mortlock Park today to see the last half. Very good game of football, WOS had more up forward than CLG and had stronger defence, and too many big blokes. They were definately the better team on the day, CLG never looked like catching up.

I saw that #5 for CLG also, an angry ant, he seemed to shape up to one of the WOS officials/supporters after the siren and seemed a little angry walking off the field.

Zed you got your wish, at least one close game anyway at CLG for the Kookas....bring it on

Looks like Brahma Lodge might have been thrown a lifeline with Henley making the Div 7 GF...

i saw the last half as well demon..wos to big..clg had plenty of ball but no fwds..25 for clg rucked real well and 19 off the hbf was good..wos very tough unit..anyone who says they are soft(the observer) has rocks in their head..warby marshall allen all usual suspects..did like the look of 70 for wos up fwd..classy player

clg very small quick team imo needed their forward today but he was sitting on his stitches..also heard clg coach may move on

wos v hv gf will be anybodies to win ..tight tight game

Fair game yesterday a few mistakes by both clubs but a good standard, WOS held there nerve when needed did I notice the " Harvey" there but not playing and then being consoled after ??

Was on the other side of the groud and then was making my way over. CLG have some really handy mid sized players 30, 10 were my 2 stand outs

Well Done 2 WOS yesterday, watched the 1st half wos dominated 1st quarter but didnt put it on the scoreboard, WOS rotated their big guys alot off the bench and look like they were a better coached coached side.

Was interesting walking past the CLG coachin box at half time seemed like the assitant coach was making all the moves

and how was the CLG reaction after the match?? after the B grade CLG balcony was abusing heccies, no. 5 in A grade was a joke giving the finger to 2 wos bench 3 goals down just before half time

Spoke to the CLG coach after the game... told me he just quit.
Well done to WOS, bit too close for comfort though. If CLG had of kicked straight it may well have been a different story!

Gotta stand up for the CLG #5, cos he's copping some flak here that is unwarranted. He didn't shape up to any of our officials seriously, it was playful - he knows the bloke. Possible that the finger to the bench was also good natured and not unsportsman, but I don't know that for sure as I didn't see it.

Commiserations to CLG team, some really good players but couldn't get it done on the day.

Lance how are u ....above comment is the truth ...glad to see someone deals with the facst on this forum mate ..WOS talls good used the ball well and jumped CLG early.CLG had have kicked staright would be playing next week ,got within 5 points late third quarter missed easy shots on goal.GF will be a blockbuster if its dry WOS to quick and talls to good if its wet HV may have the edge .Was a great game CLG and WOS played in good spirit both teams played the ball and standards was very high ....
