not good enough by the b grade.. play there best game against heccies then there worst against the trinity boys.. trinity had the game in there hands all day.. on the same note very proud of the b grade 2 finish fourth this year after finishing bottom last year..

very proud of the our boys yesterday straight into the big one.. unlucky to the CLG boys have had a solid year and to go out in straight sets again.. keep the same side next year and they should do well again

congrats to Paul Wootton on the medal, well deserved for a honest player..

couldn't pick a winner next week out of Heccies and Trinity

unfortunate to read that after all that has happened this year for all teams in the division, both good and bad, that the only thing some people want to write about is negatives, inuendo, what ifs, what maybe might have happened and what you think could have happened.we still have people threating good proud clubs with punishment for the fact they have either filmed every game, police are involved because they played, they watched every second of every match and saw every detail of what happened both on and off the field.get a life people and enjoy the fact that we are seeing the best teams playing against each other with all the toughness, skill.determination and focus that young men bring to this great game of ours.its funny that most of the crap that gets written is not by people who either have the balls and guts to play or are just looking to live their obvious boring unaventful life thru others or bringing others down to their level.enjoy the games and what this great sport has to offer for everyone involved in it.

These comments show why you are so highly regarded and respected by your peers in the footy community.you are right,we cannot control what others say and write but once again you have shown your very high ethiscs, morals and respect for not only others but your club and yourself.well done mate.quote="Boo25"]yeah def think the hate on harvey is to much he would do everything for his club and that is what what counts the most very good player, also to paul wotton from heccies a couple of our supporters were giving you s***t today saying give boothey his medal that doesnt sit right with me i cant stop what people say but i think you def earnt the medal and all the best with the rest of the year for heccies.[/quote]

TO SCOTTROO:::saw the game yesterday and watched very closely a number of different aspects that i was personally interested in as an observer.thought the game was a very tight tussle all day with very few differences between the two teams.i could see the boys were shattered after the game and hope they all pulled up alright and that they can stick together.think the list is excellent with a lot of talent, just missing a couple of ingredients to go that next step that finals footy bring out in teams.good season in all but they need to make some hard deciscions to go that next step.all the best for next season

i dont think pauly or anyone from heccies took those comments too seriously. we all had a good laugh about it after the match. pauly didnt play his best game but the goal he scored at the end of the 3rd quarter when clg kicked two quick goals was one of the most important goals of the match. also good to see the paralowie B graders clap us onto the field.

I dont know who you are but i dont think you should becoming on here and using the words "they probably are". As an A grade palyer i never seen what happened in the b grade but going off what i heard it will will not be accepted and the players involved will be fined/suspended by the club itself. I hope these players take it on board and realise that Brahma Lodge has turned the corner and will not tolerate it any more. The club HAS turned the corner and hopefully in the years to come will be seen as a club that can take both winning and losing with the same gracious stride.

P.S. I have had a few tonight so i hope this makes sense

Why is this a threat? Its sensible i say, without filmed footage how do you prove the injury some of these idiots cause, football is football and a biff or a scuffle on the field is all part of what happens but when players go to far then that is wrong and they should be punished accordingly to the law and SAAFL, if someone came upto u on the street and did it would you still feel the same? also mate i have the balls and the guts to play, i did play for many years. If good proud clubs dont want to be brought down then they should act on the idiots in their side that bring the club down, that is what makes a proud good club.

I am pretty disappointed to hear all this stuff about BL's B grade. Unfortunately I missed the game with work, so I can't comment about the specifics of the incident after the match. However, this is totally unacceptable and not what we are about as a club. We worked hard to get the respect of the other clubs by playing some good honest hard footy, which we have in the 2nd half of the year. To have this happen is a blight on the team which hopefully we don't see again. Footy is not about thuggery, it's about playing good hard contested footy, mateship and something to do on a Saturday. Hopefully the guys involved will be ashamed about what happened and will try hard to rectify this. I'm sure the board at BL won't accept this type of behaviour.

As for our captain, to hear he may have been reported for fighting has to be a gee up. He couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag, so I highly doubt he's getting involved. More than likely the above as he has mentioned (breaking up the fight). Good luck to trinity B grade for the rest of the year, it will be a hard game this week vs CLG. Was very surprised to hear Paralowie knocked them off. Well done!!!!
