the lads are training at ovies until christmas, unsure after that.

I didn't think you'd be training, I've heard you wouldn't run to the loo if you were busting

i did three or four sessions in '08 and am still feeling a little tight in the hammies, but don't get in my way if there are free drinks on.

I do, they should be in div. 4 and a half, they always seem very strong in div 5 and tend to struggle in div 4.

They would want to improve to be a chance for div 5 premiership, they lost to North Haven last year and I can assure you that is not something to be proud of.

History has shown that they are very successful in div. 5 and struggle in div. 4. I'm sure they will find a little extra in 2010.

Also beat Pooraka away, late in the season. And they finished 3rd i think..
We'll be a better side than we were last year. Wait and see how tough the comp is I guess.
Not a lot of point in December predictions.

Agreed, just saying improvement is needed, not saying it isn't possible, we need to improve more than you do and are fully aware that we we have our work cut out.

North Haven beat Pooraka as well and they were second at the time.
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

Hope Valley7th C4 09
Plympton 9th C4 move down away
Hectorville C5 09

Brahma Lodge, Elizabeth, Rosewater will have new C grade sides in 2010 So Im told.
It be good for these clubs above if SAAFL put these sides above in C5 together and they could have triple headers during the year.

Only Adelaide Lutheran had a good year with its C grade side as they finished 4th in 2009 so they would have to stay in C4.

The other teams would be Golden Grove Wingfield Trinity OS Port District
Flinders Park would stay back in C6 unless needed in C5 even after playing in the GF 2009 to make way from the 3 new sides

North Haven are entering a C Grade this year coached by the great Derek Newchurch

Well now FC, were you there at the same time as the "legendary trainer" Jeff?
You didn't go by the name of "Hotdog" Beryl now did you back then???
You know the story about those two and their clandestine affair, makes me wonder. ;)
