Yeah, Wicksy is out with us next year. The boys are pumped at having the 'big' fella back.

BD, any word on if Mitch Sandery will be playing for the gullies next season? Or is he staying at South?

Mr B, to my knowledge Mitch has signed a 2 year contract (2008/2009) with South and is committed to seeing out that contract. He came out to pre-season with TTG for the first few weeks, but that was only to have a run with the lads and get some fitness back in the legs before South started their pre-season.

He was close to coming back last season, but wanted to give the SANFL another crack. We would love to have him back at the club full time!

Also have heard a rumour that Matty Gibson is leaving the club. Any truth in that?

Sorry then - Achillies has gone not the knee and will be out for season according to a goody guy I know. probably better off if he did the knee and not the achilles. they take ages. Gunna have a big side though with Tyrell, Earl, Kells, Polly, Wakelin, Spencer, King, Klemmy, Lidner, Treloar. How do you fit them all under the salary cap????? - big question

That's interesting EBD, someone from Kilburn having a crack at Goodies over player payments
Their members are contented with the rate of success to expenditure. Perhaps the same can not be said at Kilburn.

Geez, you boys are so keen to have a dig at Kilburn, that now you are imagining posters are from there. Grow up EB53. When it comes to talk of the salary cap, GX are the ones who should keep quiet.

How could any1 from GX even mention the salary cap. That is unbelievable. Having a crack at Kilburn when we are missing extra zeros at the end of everything compared to GX. Thought you might come in there Shrek. That post wins for the day - possibly the whole year as the stupidiest ever. New Champion EB53

EB53 I take it then that you are happy with GX's return on their investment the past few years? Mate until you have the Premierships and longevity that Kilburn have had in A1 for many years I suggest you ease up on comparisons until you achieve something.

I accept, that Kilburn were once a formidable club on and off the field and with their success, the envy of many other clubs, Gepps included. Unfortunatley, this is history and Kilburn are not the club they used to be. They have no junlor programme, and that is the life blood of an inner suburban club. Being serious, I hope you can get on top of things.

I understand the big bloke was at training tonight at Ram Park. Would he be a handy pickup or what?

Can anyone confirm this, Aceman & Co.?
Now that is just plain dumb, don't you think?
