Na, they have a small oval on the roof.

Well there is the cricket oval in front of the Grandstand where I have played a final against Uni in 05 I believe, there is also a cricket oval behind the grandstand which if I can recall correctly was the size of a postage stamp. The HUGE ground comment made me think it was the piddly little oval behind, when my first impression was it was the front oval which IIRC wasn't a bad size... We did loose heavily that day and I can not remember much so I could be corrected!

Park 10 is the one where you would turn at the Lion on Melbourne St isnt it? If so you would watch the game from the grandstand I think the other ovals are soccer ovals there?

it's throne in front of the grandstand. the oval is huge and you wanna make sure you have plenty of run in the legs

I always find those ovals that are in the parklands seem a heap bigger because you cant see the boundary line when you are out there until you are on top of it, not saying that they are not larger it just always seems bigger than they actually are.

No, this oval is actually massive. Those C-Grader legs might be struggling by half time

Top 4 vote getters for GG:

Matthew Campbell
Michael Jolly
Marc Marshall
David Pettman

Jolly would be a huge chance.....normally polls well in assosciation votes. Been consistent all year and gets his hands on the footy a fair bit.....does need to handball a bit more though!

We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

Well thanks again then, we are hoping we will be but need to get over the line against SHOC this week for another shot at FP. If we are to get to the GF we would love to do it the easier way and win the next two in a row but as people have posted on here many a time, finals are a different game and recent years have shown we have struggled this time of year. Hopefully this year is different, we are better prepared and I think we have a stronger side going in than we did previously.

Hey COWS how are the boys looking out at parks,Heard one of the defenders has cracked ribs, another guys going away oversea's and someone else has sanfl training duties? But also heard 3 to 4 miss out each week so gives some others a chance. With such good numbers on the track and being finals time does that mean klompy has to train    or he may miss the cut?Im working for him at the moment and from what he says he doesnt train and he aint to keen on it,how does that go down? i did see he started on the bench last week so he may have to pull his finger out the lazy old bum.He walks around work like a cripple every monday and tuesday when he does play i think its time he gave the game away he would have to be 40+

Ha Ha yeah i think he trained during the week. It's going to be tough at selection table for the coach as our A's and B's have inclusions and that filters down the grades of course. I would think we should be at full strength or very close to it come next week. We are really looking forward to it. Finals are a different story so we will need to be at our best.

Yeah they didn't bring their guerseys, it is a strange thing to forget when playing a game. I think if they were going to be about 10 minutes longer they may have had to forfeit! We got up by 7 goals in the end.
