Sean Buss again playing alongside Bourke in Div 7 huh...... there is going to be some serious damge done to opposition teams. I can see 18 and 0 W/L coming.....

Glenunga are going to have 1 hell of an A grade next season with all these guys coming from Fitzroy. It really shows how much respect these blokes have for Bourke after playing with him and now wanting him to coach them aswell.

Signing Bourkey, who is an absolute gun and one of these best footballers I've ever played against, as coach last season was a fantastic move. Buss is a huge pick up for them, he's very agile, can take a strong mark and has the ability to kick bags of goals.

Not sure if $$$$ is respect, but if the rumours I'm hearing are true, Glenunga will be the biggest spending Div 7 side since CLG bought all those guns a few years ago. Good Luck to them but with quality of Bourke and co combined with the cattle they're picking up, can't see anyone getting close to them.

'C' Graders by name only, you had some very, very good players in that GF side who had played a lot of high grade footy in their time. Nevertheless, I don't think there were too many Div 7 onlookers unhappy about you guys winning it that year

on a serious note my friend mr.freo,you are more than welcome and believe me when i say that if you signed with the boys at ovvies it would be the biggest recruitment in the saafl.big statement when you consider the stars that are being recruited but none of them compare to the quality of player and more importantly the person.i know what you want to achieve and understand that but the excitement and thrill you get when you see players not only learning the game but also life from your experiences and personality weighs right up their with your goal.i know this because i have achieved both. alot to ponder but like always im here for you and any descion you make.

Just heard from a mate Mawson Lakes had their catch up today before starting Pre Season next week. Pretty good numbers I was told with near on 50 in attendance and quite a few of those new faces, and this was with some of the regulars who are definatley playing not showing up due to various reasons....maybe the late start was a good idea after all?

Great catch up at the club yesterday and the new faces mixed in well. Im looking forward to this preseason and the late start has everyone jumpin out of there skins.

Sounds like MPFC has picked up a handy footballer in Trav Voigt (ex Loxton, Pinnaroo, Berri and Moorook-Kingston). Won't be playing heaps of games but will make a massive impression in the ones that he does. The boy is deceptively quick and very strong (used to have a national top 10 ranking in under age swimming).

You're right DW. Voigt should carve up Div 7 and is a great pick up for Mitchell Park. Am I right DW in suggesting he's working in the mines and will only play a handful? Still a good get though for MPFC.

Fair dinkum he looks like a good footballer, very clean and excellent skills. Seemed like good bloke too. Pretty stoked with that pick up if indeed he has decided to play with us.
