Saw both incidents and there wasn't much difference....... SAAFL poor form!!!!

from what I saw they were completely different. I saw your player get the free for the behind the play incident and I'm pretty sure he didn't fall to ground let alone get knocked out.
The hectorville incident was a wrestle between both players and we had photo evidence to prove that. Both players were on the ground and had hold of each other. The heccies player didn't just punch the plmypton player in the head out of nowhere with the umpire 1m away.

he got knocked out behind play in the 1st quarter, by one of your players behind the play... He went to hospital at Half time, has no memory of the incident.as i stated earlier... Did you take the photo of your player hitting our bloke in the side of the head, with a clinched fist... That's what he was reported for!!! im not denying what are player did was rite, not cool. Our players should've stopped him before it happened.... However ive seen the report sheets from the umpire and they are just about identical....

I think you should save your crying for your mummy and maybe get your facts straight before you jump on here and bad mouth the saafl. The hectorville player did not get off . I was within metres of the incident involving the hectorville player and there was nothing in it a bit of push and shove a few jumper punches and a wrestle thats it nothing reportable and it was just a waste of time sending him to the tribunal. From what i saw no.8 for plympton started it and should have been reported for a deliberate elbow to the head. Plympton had a chance to beat us and probably would have if they were focused on the ball and not focused on roughing up our better players.

brahma have rosewater first game back, never played at there oval heard its not in great condition but seems like they are playing some reasonable footy there. think its going to be a lot closer then the 100 point triumph from round 1

You heard right US. They are much better at home then they are away. You fight tooth and nail to win games there.

Haha double teaming Wiz and Pauly all day- you can't tag these guys. Hit/punch them 50 times and they won't flinch. Probably the 2 most mentally tough footballers I've played with. It just gives them more motivation to dominate. Both get hard tags every week yet still rack up 30-40 touches.

Wiz didn't even have a tag all day mate and probably got more like 20 touches not 40 the other one (little fat guy) kept trying to man up another player who wasn't standing him!

Plus if kicking 3 late goals to win by 2 is dominating all day then your idea of dominating is very different to mine!

Well maybe if you stopped counting wiz's touches and thinking of ways to insult paul who happens to be the div 6 medalist from last yr you might have won but you didnt. You also played us when you we werent at full strength and playing shit footy

Ah... is this some sort of school play ground? enough he said she said stuff surely! what's done at the tribunal is done.

Surely some things should be kept in house fido?
But as it's up for discussion now... A player havin a few on a friday night... I would have thought a DIV 5 footballer can pretty much do as he pleases??? IMO that is... if the club don't like it, they should do something about it!

Surely as long as said player rocks up in black slacks then all is forgiven, because the main thing is being in black slacks.

Don't worry about getting a kick, get yourself to roger david and score yourself some black slacks.

As far as footy goes right now not much more than the oval line marker (best marked oval in the assoc just quietly), and ump when required, apart from that justa player and supporter.

Moreso involved with cricket.

Why do you ask?

indeed the oval is but you could save some money by just making the fence the line as your line is only about 2ft away anyway ;)

nah i was agreeing with you, only problem with bringing it in though is that plympton oval will resemble that of a band-aid.

At least the boys might play some direct, simple footy though!

Because you level a lot of criticism quite publicly at your playing group.

I dont know if its a lot.

I'm just of the old school even though i'm only 28: i still believe players don't need to wear slacks to be good footballers, players in div 5 shouldnt be put up on pedistals, and out-the-back handball is still the best gameplan going about. I support plympton, i love the place, GGF founded the place. But i'm also realistic about things.

I think its laughable how a lot of guys on here make rediculous statements like 'we won and we had 20 blokes out' or 'we had 150 on the track last night', coz you pretty much read that and take it with a grain of salt. I'd like to think that(when serious) most of my comments are actually based on meaningful thoughts about how a side is or isnt going.

I like to have a bit of a joke on here also, and stir up some shit, but generally when taling about the team, or the club, i thionk im pretty much delivering some meaningful comment on what is happening.
