No Mercy, I was told that news by a customer who comes into where I work, he lives down near Demmo and sees him on the beach occasionally. Great guy Demmo, had a few issues on the homefront too which hasn't helped

Good players DW?? How will they go in Div 3?
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

TBH I can't really say. I didn't see enough Berri games.
Came with big wraps to the Riverland though.

Do you really think whether he has or hasn't had issues on the homefront is really appropriate to be putting on the site? Smarten up Rupert.....

boozehound u are right, peoples personal problems are that - personal. they shouldn't be discussed on a public forum!

although, do you think that if the opposition started giving him shite about it he may crack?? could prove to be a handy tactic!

Calyun has trained with us but don't know if he signed. However, he did take the pre season singlet,

"THE CHICKS ARE BACK!"

That's as good as signing in my book.

I have it on good authority that an ex AFL player will be lining up for 6 games for salisbury west due to his relationship with the coach. He was a club champion at his adelaide based club and if this guy plays expect more of his mates to follow.

When i hear more i will let more people know

Not much yet mate. We've only had 4 trainings and he was overseas for the first two so my opinion is still skewed by what others have told me rather than being based on personal experience.

Trainings are getting good though. Having Chad and Billy Parks out was great and Craig Field popped in for a look. He will be having a run on Monday to "see how he feels" and see if his balls are still visible. Phil Baker and Robbie Aldgate don't have work committments on Saturdays anymore and it's good to have those blokes who lead the way at training out again.
