ALL paid players in 2016 must sign a CFL contract with amounts listed and then it will be forwarded to league hq..

now that is nice database to have eh?

you would like to think only 1-2 selected people at the league, not connected with any current CH9AFL clubs, would be privvy to that sort of information and that its not a free for all for anyone on the executive to just wander in and take a look?

Haha cougar wouldn't be at training this early in a season, he'd run out of puff before it starts.

Solid numbers for the first night out, was a good session to kick things off.

I wonder if a club in div 6 who pays players would beat a div 1R side?

Yeah HT let's change the payment discussion. Let's face it if you are on big bucks in Div 6 that's the best you have got or you would be playing higher.

I have coached at Div 1 and Div 2 reserves and frankly I haven't seen anything in Div 6 that comes close. Aside from the top half dozen players in the comp, but they don't make a club top 3 unless the club is already strong. So would a Div 6 team beat a Div 1 reserves team??? Not in my lifetime. :D

the B grade Houghton side played North pines A grade and in the first semi final just lost and then in the grand final lost by 10 goals

that B grade Houghton side was decent but playing an A grade side shows a bit more class a bit more depth in the top half of players

The whole div 6 team beating a div 1 res team originated from a Brahma team in div 6 from memory
